Mounir Zouina — Videographer · Editor · Colourist

I shoot, edit and colour grade video, from script to final file.

A videographer and editor based in Rabat. Product films, gym and lifestyle content, and ad creative, cut knowing what has to happen in the first three seconds.

Showreel 2026 — The short version of six years of work.

Selected work

Product films, brand content and ad creative.

  • Standing Desk Launch

    Opal Ergo · Product Film · 2025

Studio product film for an ergonomic standing desk. Lit, shot and graded in house, then recut into a shorter version for paid social.

  • Ergonomic Chair Series

    Opal Ergo · Product Film · 2025

A run of product films covering the chair range, built so each one drops straight onto its own product page.

  • Facility Tour

Go Gainz Club · Brand Content · 2025

Vertical walkthrough of the gym floor in Darija, cut for the feed and for stories.

  • Ramadan Membership Push

    Go Gainz Club · Campaign · 2025

Seasonal campaign for the Ramadan membership offer: script, shoot, edit and the promo creatives that ran alongside it.

  • Beauty UGC Ad Set

    UGC Social · Ontario · Ad Creative · 2024

A batch of UGC ad creatives for a DTC beauty brand, cut to agency brief on a short turnaround.

  • Supplement Feature

Go Gainz Club · Product Film · 2024

Tabletop supplement film with a graded look that carries across the whole product line.

Services

One person, the whole pipeline.

  • Shooting

Sony bodies, DJI gimbals, lighting and location sound. I own and look after my own kit, so a shoot day is one call, not three.

  • Editing

Premiere Pro and Final Cut for the cut, Audition for the audio. Every job gets a version for the page and a version for the feed.

  • Colour

Grading in DaVinci Resolve. Matched shots, a look that holds across a whole product line, and delivery files that survive compression.

  • Concept & Ads

Scripts, hooks and thumbnails, plus the Meta and Google Ads side. I cut knowing what has to land in the first three seconds.

How a job runs

  1. 1.

    Brief

What the video has to do, who sees it, and where it ends up.

  2. 2.

    Script & Board

The concept, the hook, and a shot list before anyone picks up a camera.

  3. 3.

    Shoot

My kit, my crew, your location. One day, everything covered.

  4. 4.

    Post

Cut, grade, sound, and every aspect ratio you need. Two rounds of revisions.

About

Twenty-three, six years in.

I picked up a camera in 2018 and have been freelancing under Maker Z Visuals ever since. What started as filming for friends turned into steady work for brands that needed someone who could handle the whole thing — the idea, the shoot day, the cut and the grade — without a production company attached to it.

These days that mostly means product films for an ergonomic furniture brand in Casablanca, everything video for a gym and supplement retailer whose social accounts I also run, and ad creative for a UGC agency in Ontario. Three very different briefs, which is the part I like.

Because I run Meta and Google Ads for some of those clients, I see what happens after a video goes live. That changes how I cut: the first three seconds aren't a warm-up, they're the whole job. I'm comfortable in front of the camera as well as behind it.
